KATHMANDU – Global IME Bank has discontinued its branchless banking services at various locations. According to a decision by the board of directors, the bank closed branchless banking services at 22 locations from July 17 with approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Customers at these locations have been requested to access banking services from nearby branch offices. The bank’s branches in Turmakhand like Turmakhand Bazar, Palvadeval Binayak in Kamal Bazar, Achham and Melauli, Konda Bazar, Baitadi, are being closed. Additionally, the bank has also decided on the names of the agents for the respective branches.
