Banking News – Prabhu Bank Gandaki Province has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Agricultural Market Management Committee, Pokhara, Kaski, establishing a strategic business partnership.

This collaboration aims to strengthen and expand banking practices in the digital era by enhancing access to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loans for entrepreneurs. The partnership also offers financial advisory services and concessional banking solutions to support and grow local businesses.

The Agricultural Market in Pokhara—one of the region’s major wholesale agricultural hubs—hosts over 150 active stalls. The agreement is expected to simplify and streamline financial transactions through digital platforms, significantly enhancing the customer experience.

As part of its New Year initiative, Prabhu Bank stated its commitment to promoting modern banking services and cashless transactions. The bank also aims to empower local businesses by providing them with safe and accessible digital banking services, contributing to overall economic empowerment.
