Dubai, UAE – Dr. Abir Haddad, globally recognized legal futurist and Founder of the Institute for Legal Transformation (ILT), will be speaking at the Futurists X Summit, set to take place at The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai, on 22–23 September 2025.

A leading voice in reimagining law in the digital age, Dr. Haddad has been named to Capital’s 40 Under 40 and is an alumna of the prestigious Max Planck Association. She currently teaches comparative law at the University of Cologne and has advised the UN Climate Secretariat (UNFCCC) on legal strategies for resilience and sustainability.
