Kathmandu — IMS Software and Prixa Academy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalizing a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing structured, industry-aligned information technology (IT) training in Nepal.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on joint curriculum development, quality training delivery, assessment, and placement support. The partnership seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by focusing on practical, job-ready IT skills.
Representatives from both institutions stated that the initiative is designed to strengthen hands-on IT education while creating tangible career opportunities for Nepali youth. By aligning training programs with real industry needs, the collaboration aims to improve employability and support the growth of Nepal’s digital workforce.
Both IMS Software and Prixa Academy expressed confidence that the partnership will play a meaningful role in connecting skills with market demand and contributing to the long-term development of Nepal’s IT ecosystem.
