Yangon, June 2026 — Global fintech solutions provider Neurogine has announced that its digital payments ecosystem in Myanmar has surpassed 100,000 active merchants, marking another major milestone in the country’s growing transition toward cashless transactions and digital financial services.

The company said the achievement was driven largely through its collaboration with CB Bank, highlighting the increasing adoption of secure and seamless digital payment solutions among businesses across Myanmar.
According to Neurogine, the milestone reflects the rapid expansion of merchant acceptance networks and the growing demand for digital financial infrastructure that enables businesses to process transactions efficiently and securely.
During a recent visit to Myanmar, the Neurogine team also held discussions with representatives from CHID Bank alongside Innovix Solutions Myanmar to explore emerging technologies and the future of banking innovation. The discussions focused on key areas including FIDO2 passwordless authentication, digital identity and transaction security, AI-powered development, and next-generation banking technologies.
The company noted that these conversations underscored the importance of trusted digital identities, enhanced cybersecurity, and intelligent technologies in improving customer experience and operational efficiency across the banking sector.
Neurogine expressed appreciation to its partners and industry stakeholders for their continued trust and collaboration, stating that such engagements are essential in accelerating digital transformation and fostering innovation in Myanmar’s financial ecosystem.
The latest milestone builds on Neurogine’s expanding presence in the country and demonstrates the increasing role of fintech partnerships in advancing financial inclusion, strengthening transaction security, and shaping the future of banking in Myanmar.
