Banking News – The Problematic Cooperative Management Committee has published the names of 377 borrowers of the Tulsi Multipurpose Cooperative Limited, which has been declared a troubled cooperative.

The committee said the list was made public on Tuesday based on the loan records available with the cooperative.
Individuals who have already repaid their loans but whose names still appear on the published list have been requested to contact the committee with supporting documents to verify their repayment status.
Similarly, borrowers with outstanding loans have been instructed to contact the committee’s office and settle their dues as soon as possible. The committee warned that failure to do so would result in loan recovery proceedings in accordance with prevailing laws.
According to the committee, the publication of the borrowers’ list is part of its efforts to recover the cooperative’s outstanding loans and safeguard the interests of depositors.
