Kamana Sewa Development Bank Supports School Infrastructure and Educational Facilities


Banking NewsKamana Sewa Development Bank Limited has extended support to Shree Jan Jyoti Secondary School in Devchuli Municipality-15, Nawalparasi, by helping construct a parent waiting area and donating educational materials and equipment as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The support package was handed over by Surendra Bhandari, Regional Head of the bank’s Narayangadh Region, to Padam Raj Bhattarai, Chairperson of the School Management and Parents’ Association.

The bank donated a water dispenser, suggestion box, 20 chairs, and a whiteboard required by the school. In addition, it contributed to the construction of a dedicated waiting area to provide parents, visitors, and community members with a more comfortable and organized space while visiting the school.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhandari said the initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting educational institutions and creating a convenient and respectful environment for parents, service recipients, and members of the local community.

Expressing gratitude for the support, Padam Raj Bhattarai said the assistance would help create a more organized and comfortable environment for parents, students, teachers, and other visitors to the school.

The handover program was attended by officials and staff of Kamana Sewa Development Bank, along with the school’s principal and teachers.

The bank stated that it will continue implementing similar community-focused initiatives in coordination and partnership with relevant stakeholders in the future as part of its ongoing CSR commitment.
