Banking News – Ruru Hydropower Project Limited has decided to invest NPR 80 million in Myagdi Hydropower Limited by acquiring its reserved founder shares.

The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Asar 25, approving an investment of 800,000 reserved founder shares of Myagdi Hydropower.

According to the company, the investment will be made by purchasing 800,000 founder shares at their face value of NPR 100 per share, bringing the total investment to NPR 80 million.

The strategic investment is expected to strengthen Ruru Hydropower’s presence in Nepal’s hydropower sector while supporting the development and expansion of Myagdi Hydropower’s operations.
