60 Individuals Arrested for Harassing Passengers at Kalanki and New Bus Park


Banking News – Police have arrested 60 individuals for allegedly harassing pedestrians and passengers in the Kalanki and New Bus Park areas of Kathmandu.

According to police, the suspects had been involved in forcing pedestrians and travelers into vehicles, grabbing their bags and belongings, and causing harassment and inconvenience over an extended period.

The arrests were carried out by a team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office following multiple complaints regarding such activities in the two busy transport hubs.

Police said all 60 suspects were apprehended from the Kalanki and New Bus Park areas and that further investigation is underway.
