Foton Expands Total Care Network with Five New Shield Service Points in Nepal

Banking News – Foton has strengthened its after-sales service network in Nepal by launching five new official FOTON Total Care Shield Service Points in Bhaluwang, Baglung, Lalbandi, Chapur, and Lahan.

With this expansion, Foton’s nationwide after-sales service network has grown to more than 21 locations, enabling customers across the country to access reliable maintenance, technical support, and EV servicing more conveniently.

The newly established Shield Service Points will provide faster and more accessible after-sales services to customers in the respective regions. The expansion is expected to benefit educational institutions, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle operators that rely on dependable vehicle performance.

Through the Foton Total Care network, customers will receive routine maintenance, technical inspections, repairs, and warranty support. Each new service point is equipped with specialized EV diagnostic tools, trained technicians, and genuine Foton spare parts.

As electric vehicle (EV) adoption continues to grow in Nepal, Foton said the expanded network will help improve vehicle reliability, extend vehicle lifespan, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs, while minimizing the need for customers to travel long distances for servicing.

The FOTON Total Care Shield Service Points will serve as authorized service centers in remote, semi-urban, and regional markets, delivering standardized, high-quality after-sales support.

By adding Bhaluwang, Baglung, Lalbandi, Chapur, and Lahan to its network, Foton aims to strengthen customer confidence and support the continued growth of electric commercial vehicles in Nepal.
