Banking News – City Hotel Limited has accepted the resignation of Director Tilak Koirala, who had been representing public shareholders on the company’s Board of Directors.

Koirala stepped down from his position, citing increased professional commitments and a busy work schedule as the reason for his resignation.

According to the company, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 14 (Asar 30), approved Koirala’s resignation with immediate effect from Asar 30.
