Banking News – Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has opened the sale of its founder shares to the general public starting Wednesday after failing to receive applications from existing founder shareholders during the initial offering period.

The microfinance institution is offering 4,414 founder shares owned by one of its founder shareholders at a minimum price of Rs. 475 per share.
The shares were initially offered exclusively to the company’s existing founder shareholders. However, as no applications were received within the specified period, the institution has now made the shares available to eligible public investors.
Interested applicants must meet the Nepal Rastra Bank’s eligibility criteria for founder shareholders and submit the required supporting documents confirming their eligibility.
Applications must be submitted to the company’s central office within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
