ICFC Finance Urges Shareholders to Claim Dividends Pending for More Than Five Years


Banking News – ICFC Finance Limited has urged its shareholders to claim cash dividends that have remained uncollected for more than five years.

In a notice published on Shrawan 8, the company requested eligible shareholders to collect the outstanding dividends approved at its 15th and 16th Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for the fiscal years 2017/18 (2074/75 BS) and 2018/19 (2075/76 BS).

According to the company, a number of shareholders have yet to claim their cash dividends despite the passage of more than five years.

Shareholders with outstanding dividend payments have been requested to contact the company’s share registrar, Global IME Capital Limited, at its Naxal, Kathmandu office to complete the claim process.

The company further stated that if the dividends remain unclaimed within one month from the date of the notice, the outstanding amount will be automatically transferred to the Investor Protection Fund in accordance with Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2006 (2063 BS).
