Banking News – Citizens Bank International Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Neo Verse Pvt. Ltd. (Neoteric Nepal) to provide exclusive discounts to the bank’s customers on a range of electronic products.

Under the agreement, Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive up to 15% discount on selected electronic products available through Neo Verse.

The bank said the partnership is expected to provide added value to customers while encouraging them to shift from cash-based transactions to digital payment methods.

Citizens Bank added that it has been regularly introducing customer-focused offers and promotional campaigns to promote the use of digital banking services and encourage customers to make payments through digital channels.
