Banking News – Prabhu Helicopter reported a net profit of Rs. 285 million (Rs. 28.5 crore) in 2025, marking an increase of Rs. 25 million (Rs. 2.5 crore) compared to the previous year as the company moves forward with plans to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The company earned Rs. 260 million (Rs. 26 crore) in profit in 2024, while it had reported more than Rs. 410 million (Rs. 41 crore) in 2023.
Despite the improvement in profitability compared to 2024, the company has seen its debt increase. According to the disclosed figures, Prabhu Helicopter’s outstanding loan rose to Rs. 5 million in 2025, up from Rs. 300,000 in 2024.
The company is currently preparing to issue shares to the general public.
Prabhu Helicopter has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 6.125 million ordinary shares, equivalent to Rs. 612.5 million in public offering value.
According to the company, this is its second application submitted to SEBON seeking approval to launch the IPO.
