Banking News – Himalayan Bank Limited has announced the relocation of its Safe Deposit Locker Service from its Dharan-2 Branch to the Dharan-1 Branch.

According to the bank, the Safe Deposit Locker Service will be shifted to the Dharan-1 Branch, located at Putali Line, Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-9, Sunsari, effective from August 2, 2026 (Shrawan 18, 2083).

The bank has requested all locker customers to remove their belongings before the relocation. It noted that there is a possibility of damage or loss to items kept inside the lockers during the transfer process.

Himalayan Bank further stated that customers who fail to clear their lockers within the stipulated timeframe will bear the risk of any damage or loss that may occur during the relocation, and the bank will not be held liable for such incidents.
