Banking News – Tranquility Spa Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification by the United Registrar of Systems (URS), becoming Nepal’s first and only spa and wellness brand to receive the internationally recognized quality management certification.

URS is a globally recognized certification body accredited by UKAS and IAF. The certification recognizes the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across its comprehensive range of wellness and beauty services.

The certification covers therapeutic massage, all types of beauty therapy, steam, sauna and jacuzzi facilities, gym, swimming pool, and tennis services, confirming that Tranquility Spa’s operational standards, hygiene practices, and customer service meet international quality benchmarks.

“This ISO 9001:2015 certification is an important achievement for Tranquility Spa. More importantly, it is a commitment to every customer that they will receive the same high standard of care, hygiene, and service at every one of our branches,” he said.

Chief Operating Officer Ranil Faiju added that the certification validates the systems and standards the company has developed over the years.
