Banking News – Kumari Bank Limited has announced the sale of 100,000 founder shares, offering existing founder shareholders the first opportunity to purchase the shares in accordance with the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) regulations.

The bank stated that, as required by the central bank’s directives governing the transfer of founder shares, existing founder shareholders will be given priority before the shares are made available to other eligible investors.
Interested founder shareholders are required to submit their applications within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Applications can be submitted to Kumari Capital Limited in Naxal, Kathmandu, or to the head office of Kumari Bank in Tangal, Kathmandu.
According to the bank, the selling price of the founder shares will be determined by the seller.
