Banking News – Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded its flagship ‘Citizen Leaders Night 2026’ event, recognizing the outstanding performance of its Citizen Leaders, insurance agents, agency managers, and branch offices from across Nepal.

Held on Shrawan 16, 2083 (August 2026) at Royal Tulip Hotel, Gwarko, Kathmandu, the event brought together more than 1,000 participants, including top-performing Citizen Leaders, employees, and distinguished guests from across the country.

A major highlight of the program was the launch of the company’s new digital insurance platform, ‘Version Next’, an upgraded i-Solution system designed to enhance digital transformation. The platform was jointly unveiled by Chairman Pradeep Jung Pandey, members of the Board of Directors, and the management team.

According to the company, Version Next will significantly improve service delivery, operational efficiency, security, and customer experience, reinforcing Citizen Life’s commitment to technology-driven innovation in Nepal’s life insurance sector.

The event also featured humanoid robot and robotic dog demonstrations, which attracted significant attention from attendees. The company said the use of advanced technology reflected its vision of embracing innovation and modernizing customer engagement.

Renowned comedian Sundar Khanal entertained the audience, while the presence of brand ambassadors Hari Bansha Acharya and Madan Krishna Shrestha added further excitement to the celebration.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman Pradeep Jung Pandey, Director Mahesh Swor, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Poshak Raj Poudel, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Bhushan Rimal highlighted the company’s future strategy, growth opportunities in Nepal’s insurance industry, leadership development, and the importance of sustaining high performance.

During the ceremony, 780 Citizen Leaders, agency managers, insurance agents, and branch offices were honored for their outstanding achievements across various performance categories.

Among the award recipients, Butwal Branch was recognized as the Best Branch based on first-year insurance premium collection. Bhesh Raj Bhattarai was named Best Star Agency Manager, while Nitesh Shrestha received the award for the Highest First-Year Insurance Premium Collection as the top Citizen Leader.

Similarly, Geeta Poudel was honored as the Top Insurance Policy Issuer, and Dil Bahadur Dhami received recognition for recruiting the highest number of insurance agents.
