Banking News – Reliance Finance Limited has successfully concluded its first Inter-Branch Futsal Tournament, an initiative aimed at promoting teamwork, employee engagement, workplace harmony, and a healthy lifestyle among its staff.

The tournament featured four teams representing different branches of the company: Reliance Futsal Lions, Reliance Futsal Lords, Reliance Futsal Legacy, and Reliance Futsal Leaders. According to the company, around 100 participants, including members of the management team, employees, and other attendees, took part in the event.

Reliance Futsal Lions emerged as the tournament champions, while Reliance Futsal Legacy finished as the runners-up. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Buddhi Malla and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Ramhari Acharya presented medals to the winning and runner-up teams, with the champions also receiving a cash prize in recognition of their achievement.

Following the tournament, team captains Akhand Shrestha, Abhishek KC, Pramod Prajapati, and Dikpal Shrestha highlighted the importance of sports activities in enhancing physical fitness, teamwork, collaboration, and employee morale within the organization.

Reliance Finance stated that such initiatives help identify employee talent, create a refreshing work environment beyond regular office responsibilities, and strengthen the organization’s corporate culture. The company also expressed its commitment to organizing similar employee engagement programs in the future.
