Banking News – eSewa has joined the Nepal Capital Market Discourse as the event’s Registration Partner. The discourse is being jointly organized by Banking Samachar and Banking News.

The event is being organized by Banking Samachar, with Nasa Securities as the main sponsor, with the objective of facilitating a comprehensive discussion on Nepal’s capital market. The discourse will focus on policy reforms, regulatory issues and improvements, investor rights and the promotion of share market literacy.

The Nepal Capital Market Discourse 2026 is scheduled to be held on Bhadra 21, 2083, at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel. The event will feature an opening session followed by four thematic panel discussions, along with a special duologue.

The sessions will cover key areas including regulation and policymaking, investor education and share market literacy, and technology and innovation in the capital market.

Representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), brokerage firms, merchant banks, commercial and development banks, credit rating agencies and listed companies are expected to participate in the discourse.

The event will also feature participation from members of the House of Representatives and international representatives, including officials and representatives associated with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The discourse aims to bring together policymakers, regulators, market participants, investors and international stakeholders to promote constructive dialogue and contribute to the development and modernization of Nepal’s capital market.
