Banking News – ABC Securities has joined the Nepal Capital Market Discourse as a Supported By partner. The discourse is being jointly organized by Banking Samachar and Banking News, with ABC Securities joining as a Supported By partner.

ABC Securities Pvt. Ltd. began its operations on Shrawan 16, 2054 BS. It is among the 25 companies that received brokerage licenses from the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) during the first phase.

The Nepal Capital Market Discourse is being organized by Banking Samachar, with Nasa Securities as the main sponsor, with the objective of holding comprehensive discussions on Nepal’s capital market. The event aims to discuss policy reforms, the regulatory environment and improvements, investor rights, and the expansion of share market education.

The Nepal Capital Market Discourse 2026 will be held on Bhadra 21, 2083 BS, at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel. The event will feature an inaugural session, four panel discussions, and a special dialogue session. The panel discussions will focus on regulation and policymaking, investor share education, and technology and innovation in the stock market.

The discourse will bring together representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Rastra Bank, Nepal Stock Exchange, CDS and Clearing, brokerage firms, merchant banks, commercial and development banks, credit rating agencies, and listed companies. Members of the House of Representatives, as well as international representatives from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), among others, will also participate.
