Banking News – Sangrila Development Bank has announced a 10.52 percent total dividend for its shareholders from the accumulated profit of fiscal year 2025/26 (FY 2082/83).
A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on Bhadra 1 decided to distribute a total dividend worth Rs. 39.30 crore, based on the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 3 arba 73 crore 40 lakh 68 thousand 505.

The proposed dividend comprises a 4 percent bonus share worth Rs. 14 crore 93 lakh 62 thousand 740 and a 6.52 percent cash dividend amounting to Rs. 24 crore 36 lakh 97 thousand 102, including the applicable tax on the bonus shares and cash dividend.
The Board has decided to submit the proposed dividend to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for final approval. Any amendments, suggestions, or directives issued by NRB will be incorporated before the proposal is presented to the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for approval.
