Banking News – Kalinchok Investment Company Limited has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for approval to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The company submitted its application to SEBON on Shrawan 29 to issue 2.4 million IPO shares worth Rs. 24 crore.

The investment-sector company has proposed issuing 2.4 million shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, amounting to a total IPO size of Rs. 24 crore.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the proposed IPO.
