Banking News – Kathmandu: Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Wakal Bahadur Singh, currently serving at the Satdobato Police Circle, Lalitpur, has been declared the ‘Police Officer of the Month’ for Shrawan.

Singh was recognized for his significant contribution to crime control, arresting absconding defendants, controlling theft and drug-related activities, curbing gambling, effectively using technology in investigations, and implementing court decisions within the Satdobato police jurisdiction during Shrawan.

According to the District Police Range Lalitpur, Singh played an important role in maintaining peace, security and the rule of law, while also carrying out commendable activities to promote peace, public order and safety among local residents.

The district police office said Singh was awarded the recognition in appreciation of his notable contribution to maintaining the dignity and reputation of the Nepal Police organization.
