Banking News – According to Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar, the fourth flight carrying 11 tons of relief materials for Nepal has arrived in the country.

The relief materials from India include a tunnel technical team with equipment required for search and rescue operations, a team of forensic experts for DNA analysis, and forensic equipment. Additionally, relief materials including blankets, sleeping bags, tarpaulins, plastic sheets, and sanitation supplies have also been brought.

Meanwhile, 16 trucks carrying equipment required for the construction of a 230-foot long single-lane modular steel bridge have also arrived in Nepal. India has stated that equipment for the installation of an additional seven Bailey bridges will be provided soon. Technical teams for the installation of those bridges are also expected to arrive in Nepal.

According to India, a total of 68.5 tons of relief materials, including essential medicines, portable generator sets, food packets, water purification tablets, and technical equipment, have been brought to Kathmandu by air so far.
