Banking News – Indian Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood has arrived in Nepal. He arrived in Kathmandu on Tuesday with the objective of providing relief materials to citizens affected by the devastating flood in the Bhote Koshi in Rasuwa on Bhadau 10, 2083.

Soon after news of the massive loss of life and property caused by the flood in Nepal was made public, Sonu Sood had expressed solidarity with the Nepali people through social media. In his message, he had written, “Nepal, you are not alone. We are coming with food, shelter, and the strength needed for reconstruction.”

Sood is reported to have visited Nepal with the objective of supporting relief distribution, temporary shelter management, and the reconstruction campaign for families affected by the flood and inundation. Various relief materials are also reported to have been brought to Nepal along with him.

Sonu Sood, who came into prominence for helping thousands of laborers and disaster-affected citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic in India, has continued his humanitarian assistance campaign in Nepal as well. His arrival has been viewed positively for supporting rescue, relief, and rehabilitation of flood victims.
