Banking News – Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has returned home after participating in the 81st United Nations General Assembly. He returned home this morning after participating in the UN General Assembly and various high-level programs and bilateral meetings organized on the occasion. He had departed for New York, United States, on Ashoj 4 to participate in the General Assembly and various programs organized on the occasion.

During the visit, Minister Khanal organized a climate-focused high-level special program titled “From Sagarmatha to the Sea: A Call for Urgent Action for a Climate-Resilient Future” on behalf of Nepal, as well as participated in bilateral meetings and held meetings with his counterparts from various countries to discuss various matters of mutual interest.

It has been stated that his visit was very fruitful in enhancing the country’s image and prestige on the international stage through active participation, meetings, and discussions.
