Banking News – A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF) and The Startup Network Nepal (TSN) with the objective of making Nepal’s startup and entrepreneurial environment stronger, more investment-friendly, and nationwide.

According to the MoU, CNIYEF and TSN will jointly operate an incubation and acceleration program called “Founders Hub.” Through Founders Hub, the goal is to promote 100 startups every year. Participating startups will be provided business development, consulting, access to industry, networking, investment preparation, and connections with potential investors, creating new investment opportunities.

The MoU was signed by Manish Shrestha, Immediate Past President of CNIYEF, and Saugat Ojha, Chief Operating Officer of TSN. Under this partnership, CNIYEF will facilitate expanding cooperation with potential sponsors, institutional partners, and other stakeholders for TSN’s programs through its network of members and partner organizations.

This collaboration will not be limited to Kathmandu but will be expanded to various cities and emerging entrepreneurial hubs across Nepal. The partnership aims to bring innovation and entrepreneurship access to various geographies of the country, creating new businesses and entrepreneurs at the local level.
