Banking News – The IPO 360° Summit 2026 is set to be held on December 6, 2026, at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, bringing together regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the future of Nepal’s primary market under the theme “Beyond Rs.100: Book Building, Price Discovery & the Future of Nepal’s IPO Market.”

Organized by Banking News , the summit aims to address critical questions as Nepal moves toward a more sophisticated IPO and price-discovery system. The event will explore how book building is implemented in India, what Nepal can learn from SEBI’s investor-protection framework, and how valuation and price discovery can become more transparent and credible.

The event will feature over 15 speakers, including 3+ international speakers, 2 moderators, and over 300 invites.
