The session, held on Saturday at Hotel Crown Imperial, featured former Miss Nepal and media professional Sadikshya Shrestha, who provided training on personality development and effective communication. Additionally, stress management expert Prasanna Bista shared practical techniques to reduce and manage stress effectively.
