Kathmandu – Emirates Institute of Finance Chief Learning Officer Dr. Allen Baby says that human resources should now be determined on the basis of talent. While sharing ideas about talent strategy in the ‘Second Banking National Banking Discourse 2024’, he said that the talent strategy should be aimed at one purpose.

He said, ‘In the next era, human resources should be selected on the basis of talent. Human resource strategy should not be old fashioned. In which there is a need for radical change. He also added, “The organization needs to maintain a new quality in service facilities.” The second banking discourse has the participation of experts from both.
