Banking News – Sharad Ojha has returned to the Nepal Insurance Authority as its Chairperson following an interim order from the Supreme Court against his dismissal by the Cabinet.

Ojha had filed a petition at the Supreme Court challenging the government’s decision to remove him from office. The Court, on September 8, had issued an interim order instructing the authorities not to implement his dismissal.

After receiving the official letter from the Supreme Court on Tuesday, Ojha reported back to the Authority in the evening, formally resuming his duties as Chairperson.
