The program features four thematic sessions focusing on key issues facing Nepal’s financial sector. The first session discusses “Challenges in Credit Expansion in Nepal: Targeted Measures, Sectoral Adaptation, and Emerging Opportunities.” The second session focuses on “Credit Expansion Challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises: Innovative and Existing Practices and Nepal’s Preparedness.”

Similarly, the third session is themed “Open Banking and Fintech: Collaboration, Competition, and the Regulatory Framework for Neo-Banks in Nepal.” The final session will deliberate on “Monetary Policy: Strategic Coordination Between Fiscal and Monetary Policies to Break the Cycle of Economic Slowdown.”
