Gold Prices Rise by NPR 2,700 per Tola in Nepali Market


Banking News – Gold and silver prices increased in the domestic market on Friday, with gold rising by NPR 2,700 per tola and silver gaining NPR 170 per tola compared to the previous trading day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has been fixed at NPR 287,400 per tola, while silver is being traded at NPR 4,510 per tola.

On Thursday, fine gold was traded at NPR 284,700 per tola, while silver was priced at NPR 4,340 per tola. Earlier on Wednesday, fine gold had been traded at NPR 287,100 per tola, with silver priced at NPR 4,500 per tola.

According to international market reports, gold is currently trading at around USD 4,120 per ounce, while silver is trading at approximately USD 60 per ounce in the global market.
