Banking News – Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has announced the sale of 3,000 founder shares currently owned by one of its founder shareholders.

According to the company, the shares belong to founder shareholder Manoj Baral and are being offered for sale in accordance with the prevailing provisions governing founder share transfers.
The company has invited existing founder shareholders who are interested in purchasing the shares to submit their applications along with the required documents within 35 days from the date of the notice.
At this stage, only existing founder shareholders are eligible to apply for the shares.
The company further stated that if no applications are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified period, the shares will be offered for sale to other individuals or institutions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
