Banking News – Himalayan Life Insurance has accepted the resignation of its Independent Director, Thaneshwar Gautam. The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Sunday, approved Gautam’s resignation.

Gautam had submitted his resignation from the position of Independent Director through a letter on Asar 22.

Following the acceptance of his resignation, the company has appointed Matrika Bhattarai as the new Independent Director for a four-year term.
