Banking News – Police have arrested Purna Bahadur Malla, who was wanted in connection with a banking offence case involving a claimed amount of Rs. 5 million.

According to police, Malla, originally from Rukum and currently residing in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, was apprehended by a team deployed from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office.

He had been absconding after the Lalitpur District Court issued an arrest warrant against him in connection with the banking offence case.

Following his arrest, Malla has been handed over to the District Police Range, Lalitpur, for further investigation and necessary legal proceedings.
