Shree Investment & Finance Opens Founder Shares for Public Sale

Banking News – Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited has put its founder shares up for sale from today, allowing general investors to apply after existing founder shareholders did not exercise their priority purchase rights.

The company is offering more than 50,000 founder shares registered under the name of one of its founder shareholders.

According to the company, the shares were initially offered to existing founder shareholders in accordance with regulatory provisions. However, as no applications were received within the prescribed period, the shares have now been made available for purchase by the general public.

Interested investors may submit their applications within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.

Applications must be submitted to the central office of Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited within the specified deadline.

The sale provides an opportunity for eligible investors to acquire a stake in the finance company through the purchase of its founder-class shares.
