Banking News – Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited has appointed Pushkar Amatya as its Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Shrawan 2.

Amatya’s appointment follows the return of former CEO Satya Ram Jyakhwa to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) on deputation effective from Shrawan 1.

According to the company, Amatya, who currently serves as the Chief of the Civil Construction Division of the Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Project promoted by the company, will assume the responsibilities of Acting CEO until further notice.

The appointment is intended to ensure the continuity of the company’s executive leadership while a permanent management arrangement is made.
