Everest Color Among Five Top Gainers Despite NEPSE Decline


Banking News – Despite the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) falling 13.95 points on Wednesday, investors in five listed companies posted the highest gains of the trading session.

Out of the 346 companies traded during the day, 77 companies recorded gains in their share prices.

Everest Color, Bhugol Hydro, Salapa Development Bank, Pure Energy, and Shrinagar Agritech emerged as the top-performing stocks. Everest Color led the market with a 14.99% surge in its share price.

Similarly, Bhugol Hydro gained 10.50%, Salapa Development Bank advanced 5.92%, Pure Energy rose 5.23%, and Shrinagar Agritech increased 4.32%.

On the losing side, investors in 9.5% NCC Debenture 2086 suffered the biggest decline, with its price falling 7.16%. Likewise, 8.5% Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2084 dropped 5.63%, making it the second-largest loser of the day.
