Banking News – Gold and silver prices declined significantly in Nepal’s local market on Friday, with gold falling by Rs. 5,800 per tola and silver dropping by Rs. 155 per tola compared to the previous trading day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs. 285,500 per tola, while silver is being traded at Rs. 4,350 per tola.
On Thursday, fine gold was priced at Rs. 291,300 per tola, while silver traded at Rs. 4,505 per tola.
Earlier, on Wednesday, fine gold was priced at Rs. 291,000 per tola, with silver at Rs. 4,480 per tola. On Tuesday, fine gold was traded at Rs. 285,600 per tola, while silver stood at Rs. 4,370 per tola.
According to international media reports, gold is currently trading at USD 4,045 per ounce in the global market, while silver is trading at USD 57 per ounce.
