Nabil Bank Wins ‘Best Commercial Bank Nepal’ Award in India


Banking News – Nabil Bank has been honored with the ‘Best Commercial Bank Nepal’ award at the 4th Emerging Asia Banking Conclave & Awards 2026, organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in New Delhi, India.

The award was received by Nabil Bank Director Malay Mukherjee during the ceremony held on Friday.

According to the bank, the recognition reflects the trust of its customers, the dedication of its employees, and the continued support of its stakeholders. The bank said the award will further motivate it to strengthen its banking services and drive innovation.

Acting Chief Executive Officer Bhupendra Pandey expressed his delight over the achievement, stating that the bank is honored to receive another prestigious international award.

The awards featured participation from banks across Nepal, India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, and Bangladesh.

The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is one of India’s leading industry and business organizations, representing major business groups and promoting commercial and industrial development both within India and internationally.

The latest recognition follows a series of recent international accolades for Nabil Bank. The bank was recently named ‘Nepal’s Best Bank,’ ‘Nepal’s Best Bank for ESG,’ and ‘Nepal’s Best Bank for SMEs’ at the prestigious Euromoney Awards for Excellence.
