Banking News – Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd. has invited applications for four different positions, seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its team.

The bank is recruiting one Chief Finance Officer (CFO), one Branch Manager (Junior Officer level), multiple Branch Managers (Supervisor level), and one Relationship Manager.

For the Chief Finance Officer position, applicants must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA professional with at least 10 years of progressive experience in the relevant field. Candidates should also possess strong knowledge of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), along with expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and taxation.

Applicants for the Branch Manager and Relationship Manager positions must have at least a bachelor’s degree, while a master’s degree will be given preference for officer-level roles.

For the Branch Manager (Supervisor level) position, candidates must have a minimum of five years of banking experience. Preference will be given to applicants who have served as a Branch Manager for at least two years in a development bank or commercial bank.

The bank has also specified age limits for the positions. Applicants for manager-level roles must be below 45 years of age, while officer-level applicants must be under 40 years, and supervisor-level applicants must be below 35 years.
