Banking News – Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced vacancies for 33 employees in the position of Junior Assistant.

According to a vacancy notice published on Shrawan 9, the microfinance institution is seeking to recruit 33 qualified candidates for the entry-level position.

For the post, applicants must have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE/SLC) or an equivalent qualification.

The institution said preference will be given to candidates who possess computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet usage, and Nepali typing, as well as a valid motorcycle driving licence. Applicants willing to work in remote and rural branch offices outside the Kathmandu Valley will also receive priority.

Regarding the age requirement, candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 35 years of age as of the application deadline. For female applicants, the upper age limit has been extended by an additional five years, in accordance with the institution’s recruitment policy.
