Banking News – A special interaction program introducing DeepEarth, Nepal’s first jewellery management software designed specifically for gold and silver jewellery businesses, has been successfully held.

The event was organized in collaboration with Swordfish Technology and brought together a large number of gold, silver, and jewellery entrepreneurs from across Nepal. Discussions focused on the digital transformation of Nepal’s jewellery industry and the adoption of modern business technologies.

During the program, experts presented how DeepEarth can replace traditional bookkeeping with a modern digital management system, making accounting, inventory management, and tax compliance more efficient. Participants also interacted on topics including barcode and billing systems, customer relationship management, data security, and improving overall business efficiency.

Speaking at the event, Kisan Sunar, Managing Director of Swordfish Technology, emphasized that transitioning the jewellery industry to digital systems has become a necessity to meet the demands of today’s business environment.

Meanwhile, Chiranjivi Adhikari, Acting President of the CAN Federation and Associate Director and Founder & CEO of Techpaila Innovation, highlighted that DeepEarth offers powerful process automation, robust data security, and role-based access control. He also encouraged jewellery businesses to adopt the locally developed technology, describing it as a product of the innovation, talent, and capabilities of Nepali youth.

The event underscored the growing importance of digital solutions in modernizing Nepal’s jewellery sector by enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, security, and regulatory compliance.
