Banking News – The lock-in period for 37,772,024 shares of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited is set to expire on Bhadra 14.

According to the company, out of its 52,827,936 registered shares (including bonus and rights shares) listed with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), a total of 37,772,024 shares are currently under lock-in.
The shares becoming eligible for trading include 36,979,555 founder shares and 792,469 shares allocated to the company’s employees.
Following the expiry of the lock-in period, these shares will be eligible for regular trading on the secondary market from Bhadra 15.
