Banking News – Nepal Police have arrested a man in possession of a stolen scooter that had gone missing from the Nilo Micro Park area in Budhanilkantha Municipality-12, Kathmandu.

The arrested individual has been identified as Bishal Giri, a resident of Chuchepati, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7.

According to police, the investigation began after a complaint regarding the stolen scooter was filed at the Kapan Police Unit. During the search operation, officers recovered the scooter and apprehended Giri from the Saraswatinagar area of Kathmandu.

Police said Giri has been detained on theft charges, and the Kathmandu District Court has granted a three-day remand to facilitate further investigation into the case.
