Banking News – The Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT) is set to organize the “Nepal Tech Roadshow Europe (UK & Switzerland) 2026” from September 6 to September 21, 2026, aiming to connect Nepal’s information technology industry with European businesses, investors, startups, and innovation ecosystems.

According to NAS-IT, the roadshow is designed to help Nepali IT companies establish partnerships with businesses, startup communities, investors, innovation hubs, and the Non-Resident Nepali (NRN) technology network across Europe, while creating new opportunities for technology exports and foreign investment.
The program is being organized with support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Nepal in Business – Growth Advisors Programme, funded by UK International Development and implemented by DAI Global UK. The Europe edition follows the successful Nepal Tech Roadshows held in Australia in 2025 and the United States in 2026.
NAS-IT President Gaurav Pandey said the initiative would play a significant role in strengthening direct engagement between Nepal’s IT sector and the European market.
“Nepali IT companies have already demonstrated their capabilities in international markets. We now aim to expand direct collaboration with European businesses, investors, and technology communities. This roadshow will provide Nepali companies with opportunities to access new markets, build strategic partnerships, and establish long-term business relationships while further positioning Nepal as a trusted global technology partner,” he said.
The first phase of the roadshow will take place in the United Kingdom from September 6 to 12, with the flagship event scheduled for September 9 at the Radisson Blu Hotel London Heathrow.
The event will feature presentations and discussions highlighting the growth of Nepal’s IT industry, its market potential, the capabilities of Nepali technology companies, international success stories, and opportunities for cross-border business collaboration. More than 17 NAS-IT member companies will showcase their services, products, and technology-driven solutions to international participants.
The second phase of the roadshow will be held in Switzerland from September 13 to 21, with the main event taking place on September 16 at Hotel St. Gotthard in Zurich.
During the Switzerland program, participating companies will engage in business meetings, networking sessions, and discussions with European enterprises, potential partners, startup innovation hubs, investors, and other stakeholders. NAS-IT expects the initiative to create new business partnerships, expand technology exports, attract foreign investment, and foster long-term international collaboration for Nepal’s growing IT sector.
