Banking News – The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted three construction and supply companies for three years for failing to fulfill their assigned responsibilities.

According to a notice published by the office on Tuesday, the companies were blacklisted under Section 63(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, following recommendations from various public entities.

The office said the blacklisted construction and supply companies will be barred from participating in any procurement activities of public entities throughout the three-year period.

The companies will therefore be unable to participate in any public procurement process during the period of their blacklisting.
